Monitoring & Evaluation

Business consulting services include :

We have the experience, the knowledge, and the team and resources to best provide you with Monitoring and Evaluation services. Our ability to carry out such projects in emergencies, such as the current conflict in Yemen, gives us additional advantages and allows us to contribute in meaningful ways in the implementation of humanitarian projects that are critical in the support of the people of Yemen.

Our geographically diverse team has accumulated extensive learned lessons through different M&E assignments. The team will align our service delivery with your objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and tailored approach that will allow us to achieve the desired results. We will work to develop and innovate the needed methods and tools, present opportunities for enhancements to the project at its different phases; measure and assess the impact of the intended/unintended outputs and outcomes, add value through timely and constant feedback, and identify and mitigate any anticipated or realized risks.

We incorporate data and information technologies into our tools and methods. We developed project-specific mobile phone apps for our field staff to gather and send the collected data. Such tools and methods proved to be very useful to the project management units and teams and allowed for prompt review and instructions on key indicators and project status. The strength and competency of our team have allowed us to ensure and go beyond the required deliverables for our clients and this will be the case for this assignment as well.
